Udon with Prawn Fish balls
White Fish (I used Cod)
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Mirin 1 Tbsp
Sake 1 tsp
Sugar (1 tsp, Optional)
1 Boil dashi in a pan. (Go to Basic for dashi soup stock)
2 When the water boils, turn the heat down and add some soy sauce, mirin and sake and simmer for a while.
3 Put prawn fish balls in the soup and simmer with low heat (Check Basic for how to make prawn fish balls)
4 Put spinach in a bowl, pour over hot water and stir. When spinach gets soften (30 sec?), drain the water and rinse spinach with cold water. Squeeze water out.
5 Place the udon in a pan of boiling water and cook for few minutes.
6 Drain the water and put Udon into a bowl.
7 Soup+ Udon Noodle+ Prawn Fish Balls+ Spinach+ Chopped Spring Onion.
