Turkey and Tofu Meatballs
Tofu (Hard Tofu is better for this. If using soft Tofu, cover it with kitchen paper and leave for 20-30mins)
Soy Sauce 1Tbsp
Mirin (If not, sugar and more sake) 1 Tbsp
1 Chop mushroom and put them in a bowl with meat and tofu.
2 Mix well with some salt and pepper
3 Make into balls.
4 If you prefer, flatten them.
5 Put them in a heated frying pan with some oil. Medium heat.
6 When both sides are cooked enough, turn off the heat, add the sauce and caramelise them with remaining heat.
7 Serve it with some salad.
