Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
I used this Tofu.
1 Put soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
2 Cut tofu in to good size cubes and slice red onions.
3 Add tofu and sesame seeds to the dressing and stir gently.
4 Place the salad leaves and red onions on a plate and on top put tofu with the dressing.
