Teriyaki is usually the word for grilling fish or meat with some sauce on. These days as long as the sauce is caramelized, it’s called Teriyaki. So, I will do Teriyaki using a frying pan this time.
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Mirin 1 Tbsp
Sake (or white wine) 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
1 Prepare salmon and vegetables.
2 Salt and pepper the salmon.
3 Put the salmon in a heated frying pan with some oil.
4 Turn it when it gets nicely coloured.
5 Fry bean sprouts and spring onions with some fish sauce and pepper in a frying pan.
6 When salmon is cooked, turn off the heat and caramelize the sauce with the remaining heat. Finally mix it well with salmon.
