Kipper (Slightly smoked one would be the best for this)
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Mirin (If not, add more sugar and sake) 1 tsp
Sake (or white wine) 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
1 Brush some sauce onto the Kipper.
2 Place the kipper under the grill.
3 After 3 min, brush the sauce on the Kipper again. Doing this for 2-3 times. And it’s done…
