Steamed Cod

Steamed Cod

Cod
Spring Onion
Carrot

Sauce
Ponzu (Citrus Soy Sauce. If not, Soy Sauce with lemon juice and some Sake or Wine)  2 Tbsp

Sesame Oil  1 Tbsp

1 Cut Cod to get a nice shape and thinly slice spring onion and carrot.

2 Salt and pepper the Cod and pour Ponzu sauce over it.

3 Put a plate with the Cod in a steamer. Steam it for 3 minutes.

4 Put sesame oil in a frying pan and heat it up till it begins to smoke.

5 Place spring onion and carrot on top of the steamed Cod. Pour hot sesame oil on spring onion and carrot.

All is done by 5 minutes!
