Shiitake and Oyster Mushroom Salad
Soy Sauce 1Tbsp
Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Onion (grated) some
1 Put all the ingredients for dressing in a bowl and mix well.
2 Cut the mushrooms in to good size.
3 Put the mushrooms in a heated frying pan with some oil and salt and pepper and stir.
4 When the mushrooms get soft, remove them from the pan and put them in a bowl with the dressing and mix well.
5 Place some salad leaves and tomato on a plate and put the mushrooms and dressing over the leaves.
