Tofu and wakame seaweed Miso Soup
1 Boil dashi soup stock in a pan. (Click here for Instructions)
2 When the water boils, turn the heat down and dissolve miso paste. (If you want some vegetables in the soup, you better cook them in a pan with dashi before you dissolve miso)
3 Add tofu and wakame seaweed to the soup and simmer it for few minutes (Do not boil the soup because it loses the miso’s flavour!)
4 Turn off the heat and add some chopped spring onion.
You can use this recipe as a basic one and create your own miso soup. Enjoy!
