Mini Tuna Burger with Wasabi Soy Sauce
Horseradish Sauce 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Wasabi As you like…
1 Chop the Tuna and then mash it with a fork.
2 Salt and pepper. Add chopped spring onion and some horseradish sauce.
3 Shape Tuna into a burger shape. I use a small circular pastry cutter!
4 Put Tuna in a heated frying pan with some oil.
5 I cook the sides as well, roll it& roll it! Finish it as you like.
6 Pour the sauce and place Tuna on top of the sauce on a plate or bowl.
