Marinated Tuna w/ Onion & Wasabi Mayo
Onion (Red Onion)
Soy Sauce 1 TBsp
Mirin 1 Tbsp
Sake (or white wine) 1 Tbsp
1 Boil the water and put Tuna in a pan. It depends on the size of Tuna and how you want. Around 1 minute…
2 Take Tuna out of a pan and put it in a bowl with cold water (ideally ice water).
3 When Tuna is cooled down, wrap up Tuna with a kitchen paper and dip it in the sauce for 30 min-2 hours.
4 Mix mayonnaise with wasabi.
5 Take out the Tuna and slice it.
6 Put sliced onions in the sauce only for few seconds and drain them.
7 Display everything on the plate nicely.
