Fried Chicken with Spring Onion Sauce
Sauce (check it out here)
Sake or White Wine
Mirin (If not, sugar and more white wine)
1 Cut the chicken thigh into good sizes.
2 Salt and pepper the chicken.
3 Put the chicken in a bowl with flour and coat the chicken with flour.
4 Put the chicken in a heated frying pan with some oil (use more oil than you would usually fry in).
5 Cook both sides until they turn golden brown.
6 Remove excess oil with kitchen paper.
7 Place the chicken on a plate and pour over the spring onion sauce. Ready for the beers!
